Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Kingdom of Norway were established on 5 June, 1992.
On 15 May 2014 Leidulv Atle Namtvedt, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom Norway to the Republic of Armenia (residence in Moscow) presented his credentials to the President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan.
On 12 March 2012 Hrachya Aghajanian was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Kingdom of Norway (residence in Copenhagen).
In May 2007 Mads Henrik Langaard Lund was appointed Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia in Norway.
In April 2001 Timothy David Straight was appointed Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Norway in Armenia.
