Ecuador
General information
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Ecuador were established on May 20, 1997.
Since 2012, the Embassy of the Republic of Ecuador in the Russian Federation is jointly accredited to the Republic of Armenia.
On June 23, 2020 Vahe Darbinyan was appointed Honorary Consul of Ecuador in Armenia.
On November 29, 2022, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ecuador to the Republic of Armenia Juan Fernando Holguín Flores (residence in Moscow), presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan.
On October 25, 2024, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Ecuador Armen Yeganian (residence in Brasil) presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Ecuador Daniel Noboa Azín.
