Ukraine
General information
The diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and Ukraine were established on 25 December, 1991.
The embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Kyiv was opened in 1993.
The embassy of Ukraine in Yerevan was opened in 1996.
In June 2021 Vladimir Karapetyan has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary the Republic of Armenia to Ukraine.

On June 26, 2020 political consultations between the Foreign ministries of Armenia and Ukraine were held in the format of a video conference.
Legal framework
About eight dozen documents were signed between the Republic of Armenia and Ukraine.
Trade and economic relations
On September 14, 2021, the 8th Session of the Intergovernmental Armenian-Ukrainian Commission on Economic Cooperation took place in Yerevan.
