Questions: Today “Hurriyet Daily News” published an interview of the Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister where he is taking about the joint plan on the settlement of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) issue that has been presented by Baku and Ankara and are on the table of discussion. What is your comment on it?

Answer: The scenario presented by Mr. Azimov is result of hallucination. It has been stated several times that Turkey has nothing to do with the settlement of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) issue and if Turkey really wants not to harm the process of the settlement, it should rather not meddle in it.
