Answer: Armenia has not negotiated with Turkey over the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, and therefore never on the return of either five, or three, or one region.

The reference to some ministers is a manipulation, a trickery, which is like those rumors, as if Çavuşoğlu was not a supporter of the revival of the subcommittee on Nagorno-Karabakh in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, about which some of the members of the PACE had publicly stated, including the representatives of Azerbaijan.
