Question: Minister Nalbandian what is your comment on the parliamentary
elections held in Georgia?

Answer: We are convinced that the free and competitive elections held in
Georgia would contribute to the further strengthening of democratic
values in our neighboring country and the continuation of political and economic
reforms for the welfare of the brotherly Georgian people.

Georgia and Armenia are connected with traditional friendly relations
deriving from ancient times. Georgia is a home to thousands of Armenians
in Georgia, who are an important link for the reinforcement of our
friendship.

We have succeeded to establish a mutually beneficial high-level inter-
state relations based on mutual respect and we are hopeful that we would
continue our joint efforts directed towards the further strengthening of
friendly cooperation in favor of our peoples and states.
