Question. After the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkey in Batumi, at the press-conference, Elmar Mammadyarov tried to present the trilateral cooperation as a message addressed against Armenia: What would you say in this respect?

Answer. It is natural that the Foreign Minister of a country led by an anti-democratic ideology, does not understand that in a modern world there is no perspective to get befriended with someone to the detriment of the other.
It is long due that Azerbaijan stopped the policy of creating new dividing lines, the purpose of which is the maintenance of the hereditary authoritarian regime.
