We express our gratitude to both Chambers of the Parliament, the government and the friendly people of Bolivia for the recognition of the Armenian Genocide committed in the Ottoman Empire.

Ahead of the Centenary of the Armenian Genocide, Bolivia by this step has brought its important contribution to the noble cause of restoration of the historical justice and recognition, condemnation, prevention of crimes against humanity and to the fight against the policy of denial.
