Question: How would you comment the reaction of several Embassies accredited to Armenia and representatives of some international organizations on the events which occurred today in the morning in Yerevan?

Edward Nalbandian: We consider those reactions as an evidence of our partners’ interest in strengthening of democracy in Armenia.

We once again confirm our commitment to the democracy, fundamental freedoms and protection of human rights in Armenia.

Inquiry is being held by competent authorities, necessary steps are being taken to address the drawbacks identified by the Police itself, about the results of which our partners will be informed.
