Answer. The statement of the MFA of Turkey is a cheap manipulation, where, based on the European Court of Human Rights Second Chamber’s decision made on December 17, 2013, comments are made on the ECHR decision made on October 15, 2015 about the same case. That is a primitive manipulation.
