Question: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev stated that the meeting scheduled for December 7 in Brussels will not take place due to the position of the Armenian side regarding the format. How would you comment on that?

Response: We would like to remind that the previous meeting in Prague, where the sides have reached an agreement to continue meetings, was held in a quadrilateral format, and logically, the format of the meeting as well as the list of participants should be the same.

All the statements of Azerbaijan accusing Armenia of an attempt to disrupt the meeting and the peace process have nothing to do with reality. The Republic of Armenia is ready for the meeting of December 7, in accordance with the format and agreement reached in Prague.

Question: During the meeting held in Washington D.C. on November 7, Armenia conveyed the proposals of the Armenian side regarding the peace treaty to Azerbaijan. Are there any developments in this regard?

Response: As of now, Azerbaijan has not responded to our proposals on a peace treaty.
