Question: Do you think it is possible to achieve a progress in reaching an agreement on the Basic Principles aimed at the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue in the near future?

Edward Nalbandian: We thank Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev for his efforts that are aimed at reaching an approval of the Basic Principles of the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue by the sides. We left for Kazan just with such an intention and in positive mood. And of how it is possible to reach such an agreement in the near future, I think if Azerbaijan withdraws its changes - the ten changes, which it put forward in Kazan, such a progress will be possible.
