I am delighted to be in Poland in the year of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our countries.

First of all, I would like to thank my dear colleague Nikos Dendias for the warm hospitality. It is a great pleasure for me to be in Athens, especially as we celebrate the 30th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Armenia and Greece.

The Council of Europe is one of the key partners of Armenia in the implementation of reforms in the spheres of human rights, democracy and the rule of law. 

I warmly welcome the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, my good friend Sergey Lavrov, who is on a working visit to Armenia.

I reiterated Armenia's willingness to continue the peace talks towards signing of a peace agreement within the framework of the mandate of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship.

It is noteworthy that this visit coincides with the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries.

a significant event in the Armenian-Vatican relations will soon take place: the resident Apostolic Nunciature of the Holy See in Armenia is opening.

This visit demonstrates the widening and deepening relations between two friendly states and nations, and will undoubtedly promote Armenian-Indian cooperation in all spheres.
