On May 19 Minister Nalbandian met Raul de Luzenberger the head of the delegation of European Commission to Armenia.
       The two discussed the implementation of the European Union Neighbourhood policy Action Plan. They touched upon the perspectives of cooperation between Armenia and European Union, as well as  regional problems.

      Raul de Luzenberger presented to Minister Nalbandian the message of Benita Ferrero-Waldner, the European Commissioner for External Relations and European Neighborhood policy.
In her message Commissioner Ferrero-Waldner noted:
       “Implementation of our partnership and the EU New Neighborhood policy action plan, and our regular dialogue on external policy issues mean there is a full agenda ahead of us, and I look forward to co operate with you in the years ahead.

You will have a key role in the  ENP Action Plan implementation process, and in maintaining the reputation that your country has built up with EU Institutions and international partners.”
