Answer: Armenia has not conducted and is not conducting any new negotiations with Turkey. If the Turkish side is sincere in its wish to normalize the Armenian-Turkish relations, then it needs to make one clear step - ratify and implement the agreed and signed protocols without preconditions and without further ado.

That is not only our, but also the international community’s position. If Turkey stands against this position and fails the process, then the Turkish side will carry its full responsibility.
