During the past two days three soldiers were killed by Azerbaijani
snipers on the line of contact between Nagorno-Karabakh and
Azerbaijan.

The situation created because of Azerbaijan's adventurous behavior is
creating additional tension and has a negative impact on the
negotiation process.

Azerbaijan shows that it can ignore the calls by different
international boards and countries on consolidation of ceasefire,
withdrawal of snipers, strengthening of confidence and resolution of
problems by peaceful means.

This behavior deserves the most severe condemnation by the
international community.
