On October 21, The Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian received the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Bernard Fassier (France), Robert Bradtke (USA), Igor Popov (Russia) and Andrzej Kasprzyk, the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.

In the course of the meeting discussions over the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue continued.

The Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs in the course of the talk with the mediators, touching upon the statements voiced from Baku on the immediate drafting of the peace agreement without reaching an agreement on the Basic Principles, said that such kind of position is opposes the logic of negotiations, and naturally the approaches of the Co-Chairs, as well, about which it has been publicly stated several times.
