On November 28, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian received the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Bernard Fassier (France), Robert Bradtke (USA), Igor Popov (Russia) and Andrzej Kasprzyk, the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office arrived in Yerevan on a regional visit.

Bernard Fassier introduced Jacques Fortin, who would replace him in the position of the OSCE Minsk Group French Co-Chair.

In the course of the meeting the discussions over the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue were continued.

Minister Nalbandian paid the Co-Chairs’ attention to the bellicose rhetoric continually carried out by Azerbaijan on the highest level, as well as the provocations on the line of contact which resulted in new victims.

The interlocutors discussed issues related to the meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council to be held on December 6-7 in Vilnius.
