On December 3 the Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian held a traditional consultation with the Armenian Ambassadors and Permanent Representatives accredited in the European countries and international organizations.

In the course of the consultations the implementation of the instructions presented by the RA President Serzh Sargsyan during the meeting with MFA senior staff and heads of diplomatic missions was touched upon.

Minister Nalbandian presented to the heads of Armenian diplomatic missions the recent developments held in the sphere of Armenia’s foreign policy, as well as expected developments. Edward Nalbandian gave further instructions for developing the bilateral relations; more intensifying of Armenia’s involvement in European institutions and deepening of cooperation with European organizations.

During the consultations, issues related to the improvement of consular services provided by the Armenian Embassies and the raising of the effectiveness of protecting of RA citizens’ rights in abroad were discussed.

The Armenian Ambassadors and Permanent Representatives presented the current processes held in their accredited countries and international organizations, as well as the perspectives of the development of relations with Armenia. The high-ranking diplomats had a thorough talk on a number of regional and international issues.
