On November 23 Edward Nalbandian met with the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, Ambassadors Robert Bradtke of the United States of America, Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, and Jacques Faure of France and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.

During the meeting Minister Nalbandian drew the attention of the Co-Chairs to the provocative statements continually made by the Azerbaijani high-level leadership and mentioned that although those statements are for the internal use, they seriously harm the negotiations and escalate the situation in the region.

The Co-Chairs presented the Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs the results of their meeting with the President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, as well as their proposals on the reduction of tension on the line of contact.

The interlocutors discussed the possibility to hold a meeting between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan and the Co-Chairs in the frames of the OSCE Ministerial meeting in Dublin.
