The meetings of Armenian Foreign Minister in Bishkek

In order to take part in the Ministerial Council of CSTO Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian who was in the capital of Kyrgyzstan with a working visit, had bilateral meetings on May 27.

During the meeting of Edward Nalbnadian, Foreign Minister of Armenia and Sergey Lavrov, Foreign Minister of Russia many issues were discussed from the agenda of Armenian-Russian allied relations, as well as the process of implementation of the agreements between the two countries, regional and international issues. The sides also referred to the security issues in the Caucasian region.

Minister Nalbandian had a meeting with Foreign Minister of Kyrgyz Republic Abdyldaev Erlan Bekeshovich in Bishkek during which a meaningful discussion took place concerning the strengthening of bilateral relations, expansion of the legal framework, the organization of high-level visits, conducting consultations between the Foreign Ministries, the promotion of economic cooperation, as well as the cooperation in the framework of international organizations.

The agenda of the negotiations included the priorities of the Kyrgyz Republic's presidency of the CSTO as well as different issues concerning the areas and directions of the organization's activity.
