On September 12 the meeting between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Bearus- Edward Nalbandian and Vladimir Makei took place.

Greeting the guest Minister Nabandian stated that traditional and friendly Armenian-Belarusian relations experience continuing development and the often meetings on high level contribute to it.

Expressing his gratitude for the invitation to visit Armenia Minister Makei pointed that he is gad to be again in friendly Armenia to discuss the steps for further development and deepening of the cooperation.

The sides also touched upon the membership of Armenia to the Customs Union.

The Ministers discussed the state of implementation of the arrangements between the Heads of State which were made during the visit of the President of Belarus in May 2013.

The Ministers also had an exchange of ideas concerning the cooperation in the framework of the Eastern Partnership and preparatory works of Vilnius summit.
