Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia delivered a speech at Harvard University

On September 25 Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian who paid a working visit to the United States delivered a speech on the foreign policy of Armenia at John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

The lecture of the Minister was attended by professors, lecturers, researchers, political scientists and analysts of Harvard University.

During his address, followed by Q&A, Minister Nalbandian presented Armenia-US relations, measures taken by Armenia and the international community for the peaceful resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Armenian approach towards the settlement of Syrian crisis and a number of international and regional issues.

Before the lecture Edward Nalbandian had a meeting with Jackie O’Neill, the Harvard University Marshal. During the conversation possibilities for more intensive involvement of Armenian students at that prestigious University were discussed.

At Harvard Minister Nalbandian handled “Mkhitar Heratsi” medal awarded by the President of Armenia, to the Honorary Professor of Harvard University Ernest Barsamyan who is the long-time Dean of the Medical Faculty.

On the same day Edward Nalbandian left for New York to participate in the session of UN General Assembly.
