On November 25 Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia received Hans Horbach, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (residence in Tbilisi) on the occasion of presenting the copies of credentials.

Congratulating the Ambassador upon the appointment, Minister Nalbandian wished him success in his responsible mission and stressed that Armenia is interested to expand and deepen relations with the Netherlands. The Minister also noted that the Foreign Ministry will support the Ambassador as much as possible in fulfilling his diplomatic mission.

Expressing gratitude for the reception and congratulations Ambassador Horbach assured that he will do his best for developing and enhancing the Armenian-Dutch cooperation.

The sides also discussed possible ways of improving political, economic, inter-parliamentary, educational, cultural collaboration and underlined the importance of expanding the legal framework.

During the meeting the sides also had an exchange of thoughts concerning Armenia-EU cooperation as well as on regional and international issues.
