On December 6 Foreign Minister delivered a speech during the 20thMinisterial Council of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, held in Kyiv.

In his speech Minister Nalbandian touched upon the agenda issues of the OSCE, processes in the framework of the Organization and reforms implemented in Armenia.

The Minister presented in detail the efforts of Armenia and the international community towards the exceptionally peaceful resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.
