On January 7 Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian who is having an official visit in Lima delivered a comprehensive speech to the diplomats of Peruvian MFA on the foreign policy of Armenia.

In his speech Edward Nalbandian presented arrangements made during the meeting of the Foreign Ministers in Lima intended to contribute to the development of relations as well as perspectives of bilateral cooperation, collaboration of Armenia with Latin America and other regions and Armenia’s approaches to a number of international and regional issues.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia presented in detail the efforts of Armenia and the international community towards the peaceful resolution of Nagorno-Karabakh issue underlining that Armenia will continue the process of exceptionally peaceful resolution of the issue together with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries. Minister Nalbandian stated that during the second half of January a meeting between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan and the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs is planned in Paris.

After the speech Minister Nalbandian answered numerous questions of the audience.
