“Welcome to Armenia” Diplomatic Association organized charity Bazaar

 On April 12 in the foyer of the City Hall the Vice President of the National Assembly Hermineh Naghdalyan, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian and Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan, National Assembly MPs, Ambassadors accredited to Yerevan attended the Charity bazaar dedicated to the Day of Maternity and Beauty, which was organized by the Diplomatic Association of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs “Welcome to Armenia”.

The RA First Lady Rita Sargsyan honoured the Bazaar by her presence.

The Head of “Welcome to Armenia” association Natalia Nalbandian delivered a speech at the opening of the event, expressed appreciation to Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan for his assistance in organizing the event, to all participants and supporters. She also mentioned that most of the money would be donated to renovations of Yerevan kindergartens N130 and N71, portion of the profit would be provided to the Armenians of Kessab.

Once the opening ceremony was over the First Lady Rita Sargsyan, Vice President of the National Assembly Hermineh Naghdalyan, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian and Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan got acquainted with the exhibited goods, the works of craftsmen, tasted national dishes of different countries.

20 diplomatic missions accredited to Armenia as well as Armenian manufacturers and craftsmen were also among more than 50 participants.

Nearly 4000 attendees participated in the event.
