On May 31 Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, Senior officials of MFA and Heads of Diplomatic Missions of Armenia arrived in Stepanakert.

On the same day the President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received the high-ranking Armenian Diplomats.

The Head of Artsakh presented steps towards strengthening of state independence, social-economic development.

Participants of the meeting touched upon the negotiation process of Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict, discussed issues concerning cooperation between the Foreign Ministries of Armenia and Artsakh and that between Armenian Embassies abroad and NKR Permanent Representations. The President of the Republic of Artsakh answered numerous questions raised by the participants.

Before the meeting Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan had a tete-a-tete conversation with Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.
