Yesterday in New York, Foreign Minister of Armenia had a meeting with the US Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland. The two discussed wide range of issues related to various fields of bilateral relations. Interlocutors touched upon the perspectives of the development of the Armenian-American economic cooperation. In this context the two noted importance of the works, aimed at the expansion of the legal framework between the two countries.

During the meeting Foreign Minister of Armenia and US Assistant Secretary of State exchanged views on the process of the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.

The two touched upon a number of topical international and regional issues.
