On November 25 a telephone conversation took place between Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and Didier Burkhalter, President of the Swiss Confederation, Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs as well as OSCE Chairpeson-in-office by the initiation of the Swiss side.

During the telephone conversation numerous issues of the agenda of OSCE Ministerial Council which will take place on 4 and 5 December in Bazel were touched upon.
