On November 27 political consultations were held between the Ministries for Foreign Affairs of Armenia and China in Beijing.

The negotiations on the Armenian side were conducted by Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Manasaryan, that of China – Vice Foreign Minister China Cheng Guoping.

During the consultations the sides discussed in details cooperation and issues on enhancement of capabilities in political, trade and economic, as well as educational and cultural areas.

On the same day Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi received the participants of consultations. The sides exchanged thoughts on the Chinese-Armenian relations and issues on international and regional agenda of mutual concern.

In the frameworks of the visit to China Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Sergey Manasaryan met Assistant Minister of Commerce of China Wang Shouwen. A wide range of issues on trade and economic cooperation was touched upon.
