On December 11 Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received the Head of the Council of Europe (CoE) Office to Armenia Ambassador Oleksandr Pavlyuk on the occasion of completing his diplomatic mission.

Minister Nalbandian, expressing gratitude to Oleksandr Pavlyuk for his intensive work for over two years, noted that his tenure coincided with the Armenian Chairmanship in the CoE, during which numerous successful projects were implemented. Foreign Minister of Armenia wished the Head of the Council of Europe Office success in his future activities.

Oleksandr Pavlyuk expressed his gratitude for the warm reception, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ comprehensive support provided during his term in office, that the previous year’s Chairmanship of Armenia in the Council of Europe was noteworthy for its efficiency.

The sides touched upon the results of the realization of 2012-2014 Armenia-Council of Europe Action Plan, as well as exchanged thoughts over the 2015-2017 Action Plan.
