On March 20, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Edward Nalbandian met Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nagorno-Karabakh Karen Mirzoyan.

The sides discussed the recent gross violations of cease-fire regime along Nagorno-Karabakh-Azerbaijan Line of Contact – the cause of sharp escalation of the situation.

Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh exchanged views on the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process. Ministers shared the view that Azerbaijan's provocations are aimed at breakdown of the negotiation process.

Cooperation issues of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the RA and the NKR were reflected on.
