On April 2, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met Foreign Minister of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Aslov.

The Ministers discussed further steps to develop bilateral relations, attached importance to high-level mutual visits, intensifying of Intergovernmental Committee's activities and parliamentary contacts, strengthening of the legal framework, fostering of cultural exchange.

The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Tajikistan reflected on the bilateral cooperation within international structures, holding of consultations between Ministries of Foreign Affairs.
