On April 20, Ambassador of Armenia to Canada Armen Yeganian met Citizenship and Immigration Minister of Canada, Chris Alexander, M.P., who will lead the six-member Canadian delegation during the Armenian Genocide Centennial Commemorations in Yerevan.

Ambassador Yeganian thanked Minister for commemorating the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide with the Armenian people. The Ambassador attached significance to Armenian-Canadian friendship, and touched upon the recent successful Canadian trade mission to Armenia.

The sides discussed wide range of issues of bilateral relations and regional security.
