On May 26, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Garen Nazarian delivered remarks at the conference entitled “Enhancing Civil Service Performance: Common Assessment Framework and Sustainable Learning”, held in Yerevan within the framework of the EU Eastern Partnership panel on Public Administration Reforms. He stressed the role of civil service in the enhancement of efficiency of public administration, mentioning that cooperation with the EU during the recent years contributed to the implementation of reforms in a range of areas.

High-ranking representatives and experts in Civil Service and respective fields from Armenia, Georgia, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, as well as EU member states participated in the conference, organized by Civil Service Council of the Republic of Armenia in cooperation with the EU's European External Action Service.
