On July 21 Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received Michael Link, the Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR).

Welcoming the guest Minister Nalbandian positively assessed the established cooperation with the ODIHR and assistance by the organization for the improvement of electoral processes in Armenia.

Expressing gratitude for the reception, Michael Link stressed with satisfaction that traditions of productive cooperation are established between Armenia and ODIHR.

Foreign Minister of Armenia, attaching importance to the functions of ODIHR in the context of relations established with relevant state bodies of the Republic of Armenia regarding election observation, providing consultation and assistance aimed at the improvement of electoral processes, highlighted that a wide range of reforms have been implemented in Armenia with the support of international structures.

During the meeting views were exchanged on issues related to Armenia - ODIHR cooperation.
