On September 14, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, who is in Dushanbe to partake in the session of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Collective Security Treaty Organization met Foreign Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Erlan Abdyldaev.

Ministers thoroughly discussed issues of the development of bilateral cooperation, expressing confidence that the membership of Armenia and Kyrgyzstan in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) fosters the expansion of economic cooperation between the two countries.

Issues of cooperation of Armenia and Kyrgyzstan within the CSTO, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the United Nations and other international organizations were on the agenda of the meeting.
