On October 2, in Paris Edward Nalbandian, the Foreign Minister of Armenia, had a meeting with Michaëlle Jean, the Secretary-General of the International Organization of La Francophonie.

Edward Nalbandian and Michaëlle Jean exchanged views on the preparatory works of the Ministerial Conference of the International Organization of La Francophonie, which will be held in Yerevan on October 10-11, as well as the issues to be discussed and documents to be adopted within the framework of the Conference.

Welcoming the Foreign Minister of Armenia, the Secretary-General of the International Organization of La Francophonie noted that she is looking forward to the Ministerial Conference in Yerevan, which has quite an eventful program and content.

Minister Nalbandian highlighted, that it is a great honor for Armenia to host such a prestigious and representative conference, and the Armenian side spares no efforts to organize it on the high-level.
