On October 24, Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, received Ha Hung Cuong, Minister of Justice of Vietnam, who arrived in Yerevan to participate in the 3rd International Forum of the MGIMO Alumni.

Welcoming the guest, Minister Nalbandian outlined that a high-level visit from the friendly Vietnam is a good opportunity also to discuss steps on the development of bilateral ties, and in this context, attached significance to the meeting with Armenian Minister of Justice and other responsibles in the field.

Expressing gratitude for the invitation to visit Yerevan and warm reception, Minister Ha Hung Cuong mentioned, that the Forum of MGIMO Alumni is organized on a high level, and emphasized the importance of the discussions held in the frameworks of the Forum. The guest conveyed to Edward Nalbandian greetings and well wishes of Pham Binh Minh, Deputy Prime-Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam.

Vietnamese Minister of Justice stressed, that his country is interested in further development and deepening of cooperation with Armenia, and his visit also contained this message.

During the meeting, thoughts were exchanged on the strengthening of legal framework, organization of high-level mutual visits, significance placed to the establishment of inter-governmental committee.
