On November 4, the meeting of Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, and Karen Mirzoyan, Foreign Minister of the Artsakh Republic (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic), was held.

The sides exchanged thoughts on the process of peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.

Regional visit of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs days ago was reflected on. The Ministers outlined that shots fired by the Azerbaijani side during the Co-Chairs’ monitoring of the Nagorno-Karabakh-Azerbaijani border and the recent provocations pursue an aim of undermining the settlement process.

Edward Nalbandian and Karen Mirzoyan touched upon matters of cooperation between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Artsakh.
