On November 6, Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, participated in the 38th General Conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) launched in Paris.

On the same day, Edward Nalbandian delivered a speech at the plenary session of the Conference.

High-level delegations from 195 UNESCO member-states participate in the Conference. They will approve the organisation's action plan for the coming years and the budget. During the Conference the UNESCO governing bodies will also be elected.
