On November 20, Edward Nalbandian, Minister of Foreign Affairs received Dr. James Stavridis, Dean of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Tufts University and Aso Tavitian, President of the Tavitian Foundation.

Welcoming the guests, Minister Nalbandian commended Tavitian Foundation's activities, due to which the Armenian diplomats enjoyed the opportunity of studying at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Tufts University, thanked for the contribution brought to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Edward Nalbandian presented to the guests the activities of the Diplomatic School of Armenia. The Minister underlined that over this period about eight dozens of alumni joined the ranks of the diplomatic service of Armenia.

During the meeting thoughts were exchanged over major directions of Armenia's foreign policy, international and regional issues and ways to resolve them.

Minister Nalbandian presented in details efforts exerted by Armenia and the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs towards peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.
