On November 26, Christian Dons Christensen, the newly-appointed Ambassador of Denmark to Armenia (residence in Kiev), presented the copies of his credentials to Garen Nazaryan, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia.

The ceremony was followed by a conversation, during which issues of bilateral relations were discussed. The sides emphasized the positive dynamics of development of the Armenian-Danish relations and in that regard stressed the great contribution of the Embassy of Armenia in Copenhagen, operating since 2011. The sides highlighted the Armenian-Danish political dialogue, the development of cultural and parliamentary contacts, and discussed the steps towards the development of economic and trade ties.

The Deputy Foreign Minister and the Ambassador of Denmark touched upon pressing regional issues, cooperation within international organizations and initiatives, as well as exchanged views on further cooperation between Armenia and the EU.
