On December 3, within the framework of the OSCE Ministerial Conference in Belgrade, Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, had a meeting with Lamberto Zannier, the OSCE Secretary General.

The interlocutors exchanged views on the issues of the OSCE agenda, as well as pressing international and regional problems.
The sides touched upon the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and exchanged views on the negotiation process. Edward Nalbandian and Lamberto Zannier shared the view that the peaceful settlement of the conflict has no alternative.

Edward Nalbandian and Lamberto Zannier touched upon the activities of the OSCE office in Yerevan and the programs run by it.
