On December 3, within the framework of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Belgrade, Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, had a meeting with Ignacio Ibáñez, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs of Spain.

During the meeting, the ways of development of the Armenian-Spanish relations were discussed.

The interlocutors exchanged views on cooperation within international organizations, as well as on the issues of the OSCE Ministerial Council’s agenda.

Foreign Minister Nalbandian presented to Ignacio Ibáñez the efforts exerted by Armenia and the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs towards the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, stressing the necessity to support the activity of the mediators.
