The newly-appointed Ambassador of Netherlands presented the copies of credentials to Deputy Foreign Minister

On December 9, Johannes Domen, the newly-appointed Ambassador of Netherlands to Armenia (residence in Tbilisi), presented the copies of his credentials to Sergey Manasaryan, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

Welcoming the Ambassador, Deputy Minister Manasaryan expressed hope, that the experience and knowledge of the newly-appointed Ambassador will contribute to the development of the Armenian-Dutch friendly relations.

Ambassador Domen assured, that he is determined to take active steps for the expansion of cooperation in all the fields of mutual interest.

During the talks the sides emphasized the necessity to activate the political dialogue, trade and economic relations, deepen the cooperation in international organizations, as well as touched upon a number of projects, implemented in Armenia by the Netherlands. In course of the meeting the sides exchanged views on the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and a number of issues of international and regional importance.
