On December 29 Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian visited front lines of the Armenian Armed Forces exercising their military duty on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.

During the visit Minister Nalbandian was introduced to the process and conditions of the soldiers’ military service. During the long discussion with the soldiers Edward Nalbandian talked about Armenia’s efforts towards Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution, relations with other states, Armenia’s approaches on regional issues, answered to various questions of officers and soldiers.

Minister Nalbandian congratulated soldiers on the occasion of the New Year and Christmas wishing secure service, strong spirit, good health, assuring that Armenian diplomats will continue their efforts aimed at strengthening of a lasting peace and stability.
