On April 28, Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian received Niniek Kun Naryatie, Ambassador of Indonesia to Armenia (residence in Kiev), on conclusion of her mission.

Edward Nalbandian commended Niniek Kun Naryatie activity in the position of Ambassador of Indonesia to Armenia, stressing that during her tenure the first visit of high-ranking delegation from Indonesia to Armenia – Delegation headed by the Speaker of the Regional Representative Council (Senate) of the Republic of Indonesia was held, Indonesia facilitated visa requirements for Armenian citizens, days of Indonesian culture were held in Armenia.

Expressing gratitude for the support of the MFA of Armenia during her mission, Ambassador Naryatie mentioned that Indonesia is interested in the strengthening and expansion of cooperation with Armenia in different fields, and emphasized that he spared no efforts in this direction during her mission.

The interlocutors exchanged thoughts on bilateral agenda, attached significance to strengthening of legal framework.

Wishing success in her future career, Edward Nalbandian awarded Niniek Kun Naryatie with MFA Medal of Honour to mark her contribution in the development of Armenian-Indonesian relations.
