On July 27, within the framework of the instruction of the Prime Minister of Armenia to conduct visits to marzes of Armenia, Deputy Foreign Minister Ashot Hovakimian paid a working visit to the city of Vanadzor and had a meeting at the public administration of Lori marz.

During the meeting attended by Artur Nalbandyan, Governor of Lori Marz of Armenia, the Deputy Foreign Minister presented the main directions and issues on Armenia’s foreign policy agenda, relations with direct neighbours, as well as with Russia, the United States, the CSTO, the EAEU, the EU, the UN and the OSCE.

Ashot Hovakimian answered the questions of the participants’ concern, which, in particular, were related to the settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh issue, the Syrian crisis and Armenia’s initiatives towards the prevention of genocides.
